My journey into web design started almost by accident. Despite having decades of experience running multi-million dollar retail locations, I hit a wall when I tried to launch my first independent venture. I found myself paralyzed by the sheer volume of decisions: Which hosting platform? Which POS system? How can I keep my customer data organized and secure? How do I handle invoicing and social media?
